Party Terms and Conditions
1. The Party form is confirmation of your booking with Kids Sports Parties. 2. The party form must be accompanied by full payment on the day of the party. Cancellation of Party less than 48hrs prior to commencement will incur a $30 cancellation fee. 3. Parties are subject to cancellation and re-arrangement in the event of unsuitable weather. In the event of wet weather, an alternate day will be negotiated subject to availability. 4. Kids Sports Parties do not accept any liability for personal injury, property damage or loss sustained by any participant as a result of his or her participation in a party due to any cause whatsoever unless caused by the proven negligence of Kids Sports Parties, its directors or contractors. 5. I understand that Kids Sports Parties retains the right to use for publicity and advertising purposes, photographs of participants taken at site of party. 6. I authorise the staff of Kids Sports Parties to obtain such medical assistance as they see fit and I will meet the expenses attached there to. 7. I understand that Kids Sports Parties will retain all party information on a confidential database, which shall be removed if requested.
